By using mebarkiauto.com, you agree to the following terms. Mebarki Auto is a car sourcing and export intermediary based in Dubai, UAE.
Mebarki Auto sources vehicles from authorized dealers and showrooms in Dubai, UAE, and facilitates their export to Algeria. We provide inspection, documentation, and shipping coordination. We are an intermediary, not a manufacturer or official dealer.
All prices shown on the website include the vehicle price and our 5% service commission. Shipping costs and Algerian customs duties are additional and clearly displayed. Exchange rates are indicative and may vary at the time of transaction. Final customs duties are determined by Algerian customs at the time of clearance.
Mebarki Auto is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, or force majeure events. We are not responsible for changes in customs regulations or exchange rates after a transaction is agreed upon. Vehicle information is provided as accurately as possible based on dealer documentation and our inspections.

We ship vehicles from Dubai, UAE to Algeria (ports of Algiers and Oran).
Total delivery time is typically 20-30 days from payment confirmation, depending on vessel schedules and port availability. Container shipping may take 45-60 days. We provide real-time tracking from port departure to arrival.
We offer two shipping methods: RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) for economical shipping, and Container shipping for maximum protection. All vehicles are fully insured during transit. Shipping costs vary by vehicle size and method.

Due to the nature of international vehicle export, standard return policies do not apply. However, we have protections in place at every stage.
Before any vehicle is shipped, you receive a detailed inspection report with photos and videos. If the vehicle does not match the agreed specifications in the notarized contract, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of any advance payment.
Once a vehicle has been loaded for shipping, cancellation is not possible due to export documentation and shipping commitments. If the vehicle arrives with shipping damage, our transit insurance covers the claim. Any discrepancy between the vehicle and the contract is resolved per the terms of the notarized agreement.
Any disputes are first handled through direct communication. If unresolved, the notarized contract governs the resolution process. Mebarki Auto is committed to resolving all issues in good faith.
